trav\u00e9s de la Agencia del Ministerio P\u00fablico de Bah\u00eda de Banderas logr\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra Eulises \u201cN\u201d, por su presunta responsabilidad en el hecho que la ley se\u00f1ala como delitos de violaci\u00f3n agravada, corrupci\u00f3n de menores y atentados al pudor, el primer il\u00edcito cometido en agravio de una ni\u00f1a, en tanto los otros dos delitos <a><\/a>fueron cometidos contra otra ni\u00f1a, siendo reservadas las identidades de las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acerca de los hechos, se tiene conocimiento que ocurrieron en un domicilio de la localidad Punta de Mita, municipio de Bah\u00eda de Banderas, lugar donde el acusado aprovech\u00e1ndose de la confianza que se le brind\u00f3 para encargarse del cuidado de las peque\u00f1as, presuntamente en diversas ocasiones cometi\u00f3 los delitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por tal motivo, el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico realiz\u00f3 los actos de investigaci\u00f3n y reuni\u00f3 los elementos de prueba pertinentes para llevar ante un Juez de Control al imputado, respecto de quien la autoridad judicial dict\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y asimismo le impuso como medida cautelar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa, en tanto se fij\u00f3 un plazo de cuatro meses para el cierre de las investigaciones complementarias, tiempo en que el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico podr\u00e1 aportar mayores elementos de prueba contra el imputado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La
