El hermano menor de Ismael El Mayo Zambada, <a><\/a>colaborador estrella del gobierno estadunidense, dijo ayer que en 2006 vio dos veces a Garc\u00eda Luna reunirse con \u00d3scar Paredes, un abogado del c\u00e1rtel que primero le entreg\u00f3 3 millones de d\u00f3lares y luego otros 2 millones para obtener protecci\u00f3n institucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El abogado de Garc\u00eda Luna, C\u00e9sar De Castro, seguir\u00e1 con el contrainterrogatorio, y posteriormente los fiscales tendr\u00e1n una segunda oportunidad para cuestionar a su testigo, que por \u00faltimo tendr\u00e1 que carearse nuevamente con el litigante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posteriormente los fiscales presentar\u00e1n a dos testigos m\u00e1s cuya participaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 breve, lo que dar\u00eda paso a que la esposa de Garc\u00eda Luna, tome el estrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, una vez que el caso sea terminado de presentar, el juez Brian Cogan podr\u00eda dar las instrucciones al jurado para que se preparen para deliberar, escuchar\u00e1n los argumentos de cierre de ambas partes y comenzar\u00eda el encierro para que el jurado determine si el ex funcionario mexicano es culpable o no de los cuatro cargos que pesan en su contra por tr\u00e1fico de coca\u00edna y crimen organizado, m\u00e1s un quinto por mentir a autoridades estadunidenses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Linda Cristina Pereyra, esposa de Genaro Garc\u00eda Luna, ex secretario de Seguridad P\u00fablica, se prepara a ser llamada por los abogados del ex funcionario mexicano para declarar a su favor en el juicio que se lleva en su contra por tr\u00e1fico de coca\u00edna en la Corte de Distrito Este en Brooklyn.
