<\/a>Ignacio Flores Medina, en el tiempo de su proceso para obtener y ser el candidato de su partido a la gubernatura del Estado de Nayarit, mediante enga\u00f1os, obtuvo de un particular la cantidad de 10 millones de pesos, mismos que se tiene acreditado, fueron depositados en distintas cantidades a cuentas bancarias de socios, amigos y familiares relacionados al presunto imputado. Esta cantidad, conforme lo manifestado por el denunciante y sus testigos, nunca le fue pagada.<\/p>\n\n\n\nDelitos: Fraude gen\u00e9rico; previsto y sancionado en el art\u00edculo 400 fracci\u00f3n IV, operaciones con Recursos de Procedencia Il\u00edcita (ORPI); previsto y sancionado en el art\u00edculo 426 fracci\u00f3n I, y asociaci\u00f3n delictuosa; previsto y sancionado en los art\u00edculos 189, todos del C\u00f3digo Penal vigente del Estado de Nayarit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ORDEN DE APREHENSI\u00d3N 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ignacio Flores Medina, en su car\u00e1cter de Presidente Municipal del XXXI Ayuntamiento de La Yesca, Nayarit, celebr\u00f3 seis (6) contratos de obra p\u00fablica a ejecutar en las distintas localidades del municipio de La Yesca, Nayarit, obras que fueron pagadas dentro del Ejercicio Fiscal 2021 al contratista. Ninguna de la seis (6) obras fue ejecutada. Ignacio Flores Medina, como presidente, estaba obligado a verificar la correcta aplicaci\u00f3n del recurso para que no existiera el da\u00f1o patrimonial al Ayuntamiento de La Yesca, Nayarit, siendo este el de la cantidad de $8\u2019139,370.71 (Ocho millones ciento treinta y nueve trescientos setenta pesos con 71 centavos), esto sumando los pagos de las seis obras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Delitos: Ejercicio Indebido de Funciones; art\u00edculo 242, fracciones VI, VIII, inciso d y fracci\u00f3n IX, as\u00ed mismo el delito de peculado; previsto y sancionado en los art\u00edculos 248 y 249, todos del C\u00f3digo Penal vigente del Estado de Nayarit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORDEN DE APREHENSI\u00d3N 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Se investigan los cobros indebidos realizados por Jos\u00e9 Luis Tovar, en su car\u00e1cter de presidente municipal de Tuxpan al imponer cuotas a los establecimientos comerciales para la venta de bebidas de alcoh\u00f3licas sobre la extensi\u00f3n de horarios, as\u00ed como exigir a t\u00edtulo de impuesto cantidades mensuales a los establecimientos de comida, para la venta de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, aun y cuando no ten\u00edan autorizado ese giro comercial, el dinero recaudado de estos cobros no ingresaban a las arcas del ayuntamiento, generando un detrimento al ayuntamiento por $18,900,000000 dieciocho millones novecientos mil pesos 00\/100 M.N.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nota. En reiteradas ocasiones se ha tratado de celebrar audiencia de imputaci\u00f3n, ya que este se encuentra amparado, sin embargo, ha presentado justificantes m\u00e9dicos falsos, as\u00ed como un certificado m\u00e9dico que \u00e9l mismo se encuentra internado en Guadalajara, Jalisco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Delitos: Ejercicio indebido de funciones; previsto y sancionado en el art\u00edculo 242 fracci\u00f3n VI, peculado; previsto y sancionado en los art\u00edculos 248 y 249, concusi\u00f3n; previsto y sancionado en los art\u00edculos 251 y 252, por \u00faltimo, el delito de usurpaci\u00f3n de funciones p\u00fablicas; previsto y sancionado en el art\u00edculo 285, todos ellos del C\u00f3digo Penal vigente del Estado de Nayarit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ORDEN DE APREHENSI\u00d3N 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jos\u00e9 Luis Tovar, en su car\u00e1cter de presidente municipal de Tuxpan nombr\u00f3 a personas aviadoras dentro de su administraci\u00f3n en el ayuntamiento, ya que realiz\u00f3 la alta de 28 personas como trabajadores, sin que exista evidencia alguna que estas se presentaran a trabajar generando con ello, un detrimento patrimonial por la cantidad de $2,064,845.18 (Dos millones sesenta y cuatro mil ochocientos cuarenta y cinco pesos 18\/100 M.N.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
