{"id":55850,"date":"2026-04-17T17:44:38","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T23:44:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/?p=55850"},"modified":"2026-04-17T17:44:40","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T23:44:40","slug":"investigan-a-responsables-de-derrame-pemex-admite-falla-en-ducto-y-separa-a-tres-funcionarios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/index.php\/2026\/04\/17\/investigan-a-responsables-de-derrame-pemex-admite-falla-en-ducto-y-separa-a-tres-funcionarios\/","title":{"rendered":"INVESTIGAN A RESPONSABLES DE DERRAME; PEMEX ADMITE FALLA EN DUCTO Y SEPARA A TRES FUNCIONARIOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos (Pemex) reconoci\u00f3 que el derrame de hidrocarburos detectado desde principios de febrero de 2026 en el Golfo de M\u00e9xico fue provocado por una fuga en uno de sus ductos, lo que ha derivado en una investigaci\u00f3n oficial para deslindar responsabilidades, incluso de car\u00e1cter penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con informaci\u00f3n dada a conocer por la propia empresa, la fuga se origin\u00f3 en un oleoducto de 36 pulgadas ubicado en la zona de plataformas del complejo Abkat\u00fan, donde se detect\u00f3 una mancha de crudo desde el 6 de febrero, la cual continu\u00f3 generando afectaciones ambientales durante semanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El director general de Pemex, V\u00edctor Rodr\u00edguez Padilla, inform\u00f3 que como parte de las primeras acciones fueron separados de sus cargos tres altos funcionarios: el subdirector de Seguridad, Salud en el Trabajo y Protecci\u00f3n Ambiental; el coordinador de Control Marino; y el responsable de Derrames y Residuos, quienes podr\u00edan estar vinculados con fallas en los protocolos de operaci\u00f3n y supervisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, la Agencia de Seguridad, Energ\u00eda y Ambiente (ASEA) present\u00f3 una denuncia ante la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica para que se investiguen posibles delitos relacionados con el manejo del incidente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos (Pemex) reconoci\u00f3 que el derrame de hidrocarburos detectado desde principios de febrero de 2026 en el Golfo de M\u00e9xico fue provocado por una fuga en uno de sus ductos, lo que ha derivado en una investigaci\u00f3n oficial para deslindar responsabilidades, incluso de car\u00e1cter penal.
