{"id":51892,"date":"2025-10-23T14:35:17","date_gmt":"2025-10-23T20:35:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/?p=51892"},"modified":"2025-11-02T14:36:20","modified_gmt":"2025-11-02T20:36:20","slug":"define-congreso-criterios-para-leyes-de-ingresos-municipales-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/index.php\/2025\/10\/23\/define-congreso-criterios-para-leyes-de-ingresos-municipales-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Define Congreso criterios para Leyes de Ingresos Municipales 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tepic, 23 de octubre de 2025.- Con el objetivo de unificar procesos, optimizar recursos y fortalecer la coordinaci\u00f3n entre los 20 ayuntamientos de la entidad, en Sesi\u00f3n P\u00fablica Ordinaria, las y los diputados aprobaron el acuerdo que establece los Criterios T\u00e9cnico-Legislativos para apoyar la elaboraci\u00f3n de las iniciativas de Leyes de Ingresos Municipales para el Ejercicio Fiscal 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el acuerdo signado queda de manifiesto el inter\u00e9s de esta Soberan\u00eda Popular por mantener una estrecha coordinaci\u00f3n de los municipios y este Poder Legislativo, a fin de elaborar las Leyes de Ingresos considerando las diversas disposiciones en materia de contabilidad gubernamental y disciplina financiera, respetando en todo momento su autonom\u00eda municipal, administrativa y financiera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los 20 ayuntamientos de la entidad deber\u00e1n presentar sus documentos fiscales antes del 15 de noviembre del presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las Leyes de Ingresos para el Ejercicio Fiscal 2026 deber\u00e1n cumplir con los ordenamientos federales, generales, nacionales y locales de gasto p\u00fablico, fiscal, contable y financiero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la misma Sesi\u00f3n P\u00fablica Ordinaria las y los diputados aprobaron el acuerdo que autoriza las solicitudes de pr\u00f3rroga para la presentaci\u00f3n del Informe de Avance de Gesti\u00f3n Financiera correspondiente al Tercer Trimestre del Ejercicio Fiscal 2025, presentadas por diversos ayuntamientos del Estado de Nayarit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n a las iniciativas, la legisladora Hilda Zulema Montoya Garc\u00eda, present\u00f3 la propuesta para reformar diversas disposiciones de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Nayarit; y el diputado Diego Crist\u00f3bal Calder\u00f3n Estrada present\u00f3 un exhorto dirigido al Poder Ejecutivo estatal para que, mediante la Secretar\u00eda de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas, se garantice el cumplimiento de las obligaciones salariales y prestaciones del personal del Gobierno de Nayarit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tepic, 23 de octubre de 2025.- Con el objetivo de unificar procesos, optimizar recursos y fortalecer la coordinaci\u00f3n entre los 20 ayuntamientos de la entidad, en Sesi\u00f3n P\u00fablica Ordinaria, las y los diputados aprobaron el acuerdo que establece los Criterios T\u00e9cnico-Legislativos para apoyar la elaboraci\u00f3n de las iniciativas de Leyes de Ingresos Municipales para el [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":51893,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[50,30,53],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-51892","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-economia","8":"category-local","9":"category-sociales"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.4 -
