{"id":51889,"date":"2025-10-27T14:30:37","date_gmt":"2025-10-27T20:30:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/?p=51889"},"modified":"2025-11-02T14:33:05","modified_gmt":"2025-11-02T20:33:05","slug":"establece-congreso-bases-para-participaciones-federales-municipios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/index.php\/2025\/10\/27\/establece-congreso-bases-para-participaciones-federales-municipios\/","title":{"rendered":"Establece Congreso bases para Participaciones Federales a municipios"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tepic, 27 de octubre de 2025.- Las y los diputados integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda, Cuenta P\u00fablica y Presupuesto, aprobaron el decreto que determina los factores de distribuci\u00f3n de las Participaciones Federales a asignar entre los municipios del Estado, para el ejercicio fiscal 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el decreto aprobado se se\u00f1ala que los recursos que provienen de la Federaci\u00f3n sean repartidos de manera justa, equitativa y transparente entre los municipios, tomando en cuenta factores como la poblaci\u00f3n, el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico, el esfuerzo en recaudaci\u00f3n local y las necesidades sociales de cada regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El documento legal permitir\u00e1 que cada municipio reciba lo que le corresponde, de acuerdo con su realidad econ\u00f3mica y social, fortaleciendo as\u00ed las finanzas locales y dando mayor certeza para planear proyectos y obras que beneficien directamente a la gente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe mencionar que las Participaciones Federales y los incentivos econ\u00f3micos por colaboraci\u00f3n administrativa en materia fiscal federal se calculan para cada ejercicio fiscal. Esto garantiza que los montos a los que tienen derecho los municipios se determinen anualmente. Adem\u00e1s, estas cantidades no dependen \u00fanicamente de la recaudaci\u00f3n municipal o estatal, sino que est\u00e1n influenciadas por factores nacionales sobre los cuales las entidades federativas no siempre tienen control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el desarrollo de la misma reuni\u00f3n colegiada, las y los legisladores, dieron su voto afirmativo al acuerdo que remite a la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado de Nayarit, el Informe de Avance de Gesti\u00f3n Financiera correspondiente al tercer trimestre del Ejercicio Fiscal 2025 del Honorable Congreso del Estado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tepic, 27 de octubre de 2025.- Las y los diputados integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda, Cuenta P\u00fablica y Presupuesto, aprobaron el decreto que determina los factores de distribuci\u00f3n de las Participaciones Federales a asignar entre los municipios del Estado, para el ejercicio fiscal 2026.
