En el marco del proceso de entrega-recepci\u00f3n, se identificaron 26 expedientes de los cuales han derivado 56 denuncias penales ante las autoridades correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre los casos m\u00e1s relevantes, el contralor destac\u00f3 la denuncia penal presentada el pasado 20 de octubre ante la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Nayarit por presuntas irregularidades en el organismo Oromapas, con un posible da\u00f1o al erario estimado en 40 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los delitos se\u00f1alados en dicha denuncia incluyen ejercicio indebido de funciones, abuso de autoridad, coalici\u00f3n de servidores p\u00fablicos, cohecho, peculado, delitos cometidos en la custodia de documentos, tr\u00e1fico de influencias y los que resulten de las investigaciones en curso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En total, la Contralor\u00eda Municipal reporta un monto de 183 millones de pesos en observaciones, incluyendo los 40 millones del caso Oromapas.
