<\/a>\u201cEl mandato que recibimos no fue para ser guardianes del silencio, sino para ser eco de quienes nos eligieron:\u201d diputado Salvador Casta\u00f1eda Rangel<\/p>\n\n\n\nTepic, 18 de agosto de 2025.- Las y los diputados integrantes de la Trig\u00e9sima Cuarta Legislatura en Sesi\u00f3n P\u00fablica Solemne dieron apertura al primer periodo Ordinario de Sesiones del segundo a\u00f1o Legislativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En esta Sesi\u00f3n Solemne, el presidente del Congreso de Nayarit, diputado Salvador Casta\u00f1eda Rangel hizo referencia a que \u201cel mandato que recibimos no fue para ser guardianes del silencio, sino para ser eco de quienes nos eligieron. No basta con aprobar leyes, hay que dignificar la vida de nuestra gente. No basta con acuerdos pol\u00edticos, hay que construir puentes de confianza con la sociedad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Casta\u00f1eda Rangel destac\u00f3 que \u201cnuestro trabajo en este Congreso plural solo tiene sentido si sabemos escuchar; detr\u00e1s de cada caso y de cada ciudadano hay un rostro, una familia, una historia de lucha y de esperanza. Por eso, m\u00e1s que discursos, lo que espera de nosotros la sociedad son acciones que hagan la diferencia en la vida de las y los nayaritas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cUn Congreso sensible significa estar a la altura de estas historias que acabo de mencionar, entender que las leyes no son letras muertas, sino herramientas para transformar realidades. Y cuando el pueblo es visible en nuestras decisiones, la pol\u00edtica deja de ser distante para convertirse en cercana, justa y humana\u201d, remarc\u00f3 el legislador local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En su oportunidad, las y los representantes parlamentarios, as\u00ed como los coordinadores de los distintos Grupos Parlamentarios que conforman la Trig\u00e9sima Cuarta Legislatura, expusieron las l\u00edneas de trabajo y prioridades legislativas que impulsar\u00e1n durante este Primer Periodo Ordinario de Sesiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Las distintas fuerzas pol\u00edticas coincidieron en impulsar acciones enfocadas en salud, un presupuesto justo, desarrollo municipal, apoyo a pueblos originarios, derechos sociales, educaci\u00f3n, vivienda digna y respaldo a los sectores vulnerables. Tambi\u00e9n se priorizar\u00e1 la seguridad p\u00fablica, la justicia con gobernabilidad, el rescate del campo y el combate a la corrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adem\u00e1s, se trabajar\u00e1 en la revisi\u00f3n del informe de gobierno, el an\u00e1lisis responsable de los presupuestos estatal y municipales, la actualizaci\u00f3n del marco legal, la protecci\u00f3n animal, impulso a emprendedores, educaci\u00f3n socioemocional, manejo de residuos y apoyo a migrantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En esta Sesi\u00f3n Solemne se cont\u00f3 con la distinguida presencia de autoridades de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, destacando a la secretaria general de Gobierno, Roc\u00edo Esther Gonz\u00e1lez Garc\u00eda, en representaci\u00f3n del gobernador del Estado, Dr. Miguel \u00c1ngel Navarro Quintero; la Dra.
