pr\u00f3ximo mes de junio, pues no est\u00e1n vinculados a un distrito o circunscripci\u00f3n electoral espec\u00edfica, adem\u00e1s de que el INE, dio a conocer que \u00abno es posible la implementaci\u00f3n de <a><\/a>las medidas solicitadas, debido a que resulta necesario que para ello existan condiciones que permitan su instrumentaci\u00f3n la cuales el Consejo General estima no
