{"id":44972,"date":"2025-01-08T20:20:30","date_gmt":"2025-01-09T02:20:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/?p=44972"},"modified":"2025-01-08T20:20:33","modified_gmt":"2025-01-09T02:20:33","slug":"policias-viales-municipales-de-nayarit-las-mas-denunciadas-en-seslan-por-pedir-moches-a-ciudadanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/index.php\/2025\/01\/08\/policias-viales-municipales-de-nayarit-las-mas-denunciadas-en-seslan-por-pedir-moches-a-ciudadanos\/","title":{"rendered":"POLIC\u00cdAS VIALES MUNICIPALES DE NAYARIT, LAS M\u00c1S DENUNCIADAS EN SESLAN POR PEDIR MOCHES A CIUDADANOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por Areli Flores<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al menos 16 denuncias se recibieron en el 2024 en la Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva del Sistema Local Anticorrupci\u00f3n de Nayarit por faltas administrativas y delitos de funcionarios p\u00fablicos, las cuales ya han sido debidamente erradicadas a los entes competentes de investigaci\u00f3n, inform\u00f3 Juan Carlos Alvarado, secretario t\u00e9cnico de la SESLAN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a>Destaca que los polic\u00edas viales de Tepic y Xalisco, fueron denunciados, pues durante temporada decembrina, ciudadanos se quejaron por sentirse agraviados debido a que en los operativos alcohol\u00edmetro hab\u00edan recibido alg\u00fan tipo de extorsi\u00f3n, les ped\u00edan dinero para dejarlos ir libres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abVamos a a volver a poner sobre la mesa de del Comit\u00e9 Coordinador de esta Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva para que se emita una recomendaci\u00f3n no vinculante, en este caso para que todas las acciones relacionadas con la atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico directo sean a trav\u00e9s de operativos, sean a trav\u00e9s de alcohol\u00edmetros, siempre vayan autoridades encargadas de vigilar el actuar de los servidores p\u00fablicos, es decir, que est\u00e9n las contralor\u00edas municipales, las contralor\u00edas, la contralor\u00eda estatal o la Secretar\u00eda para la Honestidad y Buena Gobernanza dependiendo del campo de acci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n supervisando el buen actuar de los servidores p\u00fablicos como pueden ser polic\u00edas o como pueden ser tr\u00e1nsitos, inform\u00f3 Juan Carlos Alvarado en entrevista con Reporterosmx este mi\u00e9rcoles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas 16 denuncias fueron canalizadas a las \u00e1reas investigadoras de las contralor\u00edas, Secretar\u00eda de Honestidad y Buena Gobernanza y algunos casos llegaron hasta la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Nayarit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Areli Flores Al menos 16 denuncias se recibieron en el 2024 en la Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva del Sistema Local Anticorrupci\u00f3n de Nayarit por faltas administrativas y delitos de funcionarios p\u00fablicos, las cuales ya han sido debidamente erradicadas a los entes competentes de investigaci\u00f3n, inform\u00f3 Juan Carlos Alvarado, secretario t\u00e9cnico de la SESLAN.
