{"id":4408,"date":"2022-10-13T03:42:41","date_gmt":"2022-10-13T03:42:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/?p=4408"},"modified":"2022-10-13T03:42:51","modified_gmt":"2022-10-13T03:42:51","slug":"presentan-reforma-para-que-ejercito-mexicano-opere-aerolinea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/index.php\/2022\/10\/13\/presentan-reforma-para-que-ejercito-mexicano-opere-aerolinea\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESENTAN REFORMA PARA QUE EJ\u00c9RCITO MEXICANO OPERE AEROL\u00cdNEA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El diputado de Morena Omar Casta\u00f1eda Gonz\u00e1lez present\u00f3 una iniciativa de reforma para que las Fuerzas Armadas puedan obtener una concesi\u00f3n para prestar el servicio p\u00fablico de transporte a\u00e9reo nacional regular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reforma contempla que para estos servicios se podr\u00e1n crear \u201cempresas paraestatales o militares\u201d, que podr\u00e1n utilizar las aeronaves que matriculen como de car\u00e1cter civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En <a><\/a>su exposici\u00f3n de motivos, el legislador argumenta que la implementaci\u00f3n de nuevas empresas aeroportuarias es \u201cuna alternativa id\u00f3nea para la atenci\u00f3n de la demanda de trasporte a\u00e9reo, el desarrollo de oportunidades econ\u00f3micas y regionales del pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la iniciativa se establece que ser\u00e1 motivo de cancelaci\u00f3n de concesi\u00f3n que las aerol\u00edneas vendan boletos en exceso en los vuelos. Esta sanci\u00f3n aplicar\u00e1 una vez que se hilen tres castigos por el mismo motivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abSe busca instaurar la perdida de la concesi\u00f3n otorgada a las aerol\u00edneas que, en sentido irracional, reiteradamente venden boletos por encima de la cantidad disponible de asientos para los pasajeros y as\u00ed disminuir los \u00edndices de quejas por la prestaci\u00f3n de los servicios\u00bb, argument\u00f3 el legislador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa ser\u00e1 turnada a comisiones, donde se determinar\u00e1 si tiene el apoyo pol\u00edtico para ser llevada al pleno.
