{"id":3869,"date":"2022-09-21T04:57:14","date_gmt":"2022-09-21T04:57:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/?p=3869"},"modified":"2022-09-21T05:08:52","modified_gmt":"2022-09-21T05:08:52","slug":"a-13-millones-de-pesos-asciende-el-desvio-de-recursos-en-la-administracion-de-jose-luis-tovar-en-tuxpan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/index.php\/2022\/09\/21\/a-13-millones-de-pesos-asciende-el-desvio-de-recursos-en-la-administracion-de-jose-luis-tovar-en-tuxpan\/","title":{"rendered":"A 13 MILLONES DE PESOS ASCIENDE EL DESV\u00cdO DE RECURSOS EN LA ADMINISTRACI\u00d3N DE JOS\u00c9 LUIS TOVAR EN TUXPAN"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el municipio de Tuxpan, se siguen detectando irregularidades en las finanzas, luego de que el Cabildo separara del cargo a Jos\u00e9 Luis Tovar, ex presidente municipal, por abuso de poder, ejercicio indebido de funciones y enriquecimiento il\u00edcito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El titular del \u00d3rgano Interno de Control del municipio Alfredo Gonz\u00e1lez, revel\u00f3 que el pasado 8 de agosto cuando fueron <a><\/a>asegurados los inmuebles del Ayuntamiento, a las 2 de la tarde de ese mismo d\u00eda se hicieron auto-pr\u00e9stamos entre los funcionarios cuando a\u00fan el alcalde suplente no hab\u00eda tomado protesta, prestamos de hasta 25 mil pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abSe han ido haciendo ajustes, se ha ido tambi\u00e9n recortando personal sobre todo los que hemos identificado que han estado realizando este tipo de situaciones y que ten\u00edan alg\u00fan vinculo en todos los hechos que se denunciaron en su momento pues ya han sido dados de baja\u00bb, dijo Alfredo Gonz\u00e1lez, contralor municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El contralor dijo que hab\u00eda directores de los Servicios P\u00fablicos municipales que ganaban m\u00e1s que los secretarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abTan solo en 3 asuntos estamos hablando de cerca de 13 millones de pesos, la Fiscal\u00eda se\u00f1alaba que ellos solamente en un asunto hab\u00edan calculado sobre 10 millones que era en la privatizaci\u00f3n de los cobros por la venta de alcohol, m\u00e1s los gastos que se ejecutaron en la casa del presidente que ascienden a 1 mill\u00f3n de pesos m\u00e1s los aviadores\u00bb, dijo el contralor del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy el alcalde en funciones Aar\u00f3n Ocegueda junto con el Cabildo, acudieron al Congreso del Estado de Nayarit con la presidente Alba Cristal Espinoza, para solicitar una auditor\u00eda especial por parte de la ASEN, debido a que se siguen detectando m\u00e1s irregularidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEn cuanto al tema de Tesorer\u00eda, venimos a pedir una auditoria especial, seguimos con el \u00d3rgano Interno de Control encontrando cosas, si se necesita esa auditoria especial porque son temas m\u00e1s profundos, lo que ya se ha estado denunciando, los desfalcos en cuanto a los aviadores, la casa del presidente, los cobros extraordinarios\u00bb, dijo Aar\u00f3n Ocegueda, alcalde en funciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Redacci\u00f3n | Reporteros.mx<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el municipio de Tuxpan, se siguen detectando irregularidades en las finanzas, luego de que el Cabildo separara del cargo a Jos\u00e9 Luis Tovar, ex presidente municipal, por abuso de poder, ejercicio indebido de funciones y enriquecimiento il\u00edcito.
