{"id":3681,"date":"2022-09-12T05:08:50","date_gmt":"2022-09-12T05:08:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/?p=3681"},"modified":"2022-09-15T05:44:06","modified_gmt":"2022-09-15T05:44:06","slug":"a-traves-de-la-ruta-del-dinero-uif-investiga-a-ex-alcalde-de-tuxpan-por-lavado-de-dinero-desde-abril-le-congelaron-cuentas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/index.php\/2022\/09\/12\/a-traves-de-la-ruta-del-dinero-uif-investiga-a-ex-alcalde-de-tuxpan-por-lavado-de-dinero-desde-abril-le-congelaron-cuentas\/","title":{"rendered":"A TRAV\u00c9S DE LA RUTA DEL DINERO, UIF INVESTIGA A EX ALCALDE DE TUXPAN POR LAVADO DE DINERO, DESDE ABRIL LE CONGELARON CUENTAS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En los primeros d\u00edas de abril de este a\u00f1o, la Unidad de Inteligencia Financiar\u00e1 congel\u00f3 varias cuentas a nombre del ex alcalde separado recientemente del cargo, Tuxpan, Jos\u00e9 Luis Tovar, en el marco de una investigaci\u00f3n que tiene al menos un a\u00f1o por parte de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La UIF, adem\u00e1s ingres\u00f3 al alcalde -del que se desconoce <a><\/a>su paradero- a la lista de personas bloqueadas para que las instituciones financieras mantengan congeladas sus cuentas bancarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La UIF (Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera), es la encargada de recibir, analizar y documentar la informaci\u00f3n relacionada con la prevenci\u00f3n, detecci\u00f3n y combate a los delitos de operaciones con recursos de procedencia il\u00edcita, com\u00fanmente conocido como lavado de dinero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ser ingresado a la lista de personas bloqueadas por la UIF, tiene como finalidad prevenir actos, omisiones u operaciones que pudieran favorecer o prestar ayuda de cualquier tipo para la comisi\u00f3n de los delitos de operaciones con recursos de procedencia il\u00edcita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque no hay orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en su contra, la Fiscal\u00eda de Nayarit tambi\u00e9n tiene al menos dos carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n contra el ex alcalde por lo que en caso de regresar a Tuxpan podr\u00eda ser detenido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanto la esposa como uno de los cu\u00f1ados del ex alcalde Jos\u00e9 Luis Tovar, tienen \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n vigente por lo que ya son buscados por las autoridades por delitos que van desde el ejercicio indebido de funciones hasta el secuestro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En los primeros d\u00edas de abril de este a\u00f1o, la Unidad de Inteligencia Financiar\u00e1 congel\u00f3 varias cuentas a nombre del ex alcalde separado recientemente del cargo, Tuxpan, Jos\u00e9 Luis Tovar, en el marco de una investigaci\u00f3n que tiene al menos un a\u00f1o por parte de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica.
