existir, pues de acuerdo al modelo nacional de polic\u00eda, la polic\u00eda vial no est\u00e1 en la divisiones ni unidades del rango estatal, municipal ni federal, siendo la polic\u00eda <a><\/a>estatal quien tiene la fe p\u00fablica para estar a cargo de las acciones en las vialidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abLa polic\u00eda vial es un mecanismo ya sobrepasado que se utiliz\u00f3 por muchos a\u00f1os porque el compradre era el director de la Polic\u00eda y el otro compradre el director de tr\u00e1nsito y se compart\u00edan las cuotas de poder\u00bb, dijo Jorge Benito Rodr\u00edguez Mart\u00ednez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El funcionario aclar\u00f3 que aunque las polic\u00edas viales no son consideradas como ilegales porque hay un reglamento para la operaci\u00f3n, aqu\u00ed en Nayarit habr\u00e1 una unidad coordinada entre Secretaria de Movilidad y polic\u00edas viales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abNo es ilegal, raya por que existe un reglamento, un reglamento que no esta soportado con una ley, pero existe un reglamento, es inexistente la polic\u00eda
