{"id":3479,"date":"2022-09-02T05:47:56","date_gmt":"2022-09-02T05:47:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/?p=3479"},"modified":"2022-09-02T05:57:28","modified_gmt":"2022-09-02T05:57:28","slug":"fiprotur-del-estado-de-nayarit-en-investigacion-detectan-mal-manejo-financiero-por-8-millones-de-pesos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/index.php\/2022\/09\/02\/fiprotur-del-estado-de-nayarit-en-investigacion-detectan-mal-manejo-financiero-por-8-millones-de-pesos\/","title":{"rendered":"FIPROTUR DEL ESTADO DE NAYARIT EN INVESTIGACI\u00d3N, DETECTAN MAL MANEJO FINANCIERO POR 8 MILLONES DE PESOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Secretaria para la Honestidad y Buena Gobernanza, present\u00f3 las denuncias ante la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Nayarit, luego de que se detectaran anomal\u00edas en la operaci\u00f3n del Fideicomiso de Promoci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica del Estado de Nayarit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En entrevista, el fiscal Petronilo D\u00edaz Ponce, inform\u00f3 que ya investigan los ejercicios 2020 y 2021, debido a una serie de malos <a><\/a>manejos financieros detectados en el fideicomiso; se realizaban eventos de golf, la Feria de Nayarit en California, eventos de promoci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica, sin embargo los gastos para estos eventos se hac\u00edan de manera irregular; el monto irregular detectado asciende a los 8 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fiscal dijo que hay 8 personas involucradas ex integrantes del Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico del fideicomiso, se trata de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enrique Rodr\u00edguez Marc\u00edas, entonces director general del Fideicomiso de Promoci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica del Estado de Nayarit (FIPROTUR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ra\u00fal Ibarra Rodr\u00edguez, ex director general del Fideicomiso de Promoci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica de Nayarit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mar\u00eda Elena Ba\u00f1uelos Casta\u00f1eda, entonces directora de Administraci\u00f3n y Contabilidad del Fideicomiso de Promoci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica de Nayarit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaida Denise Magallanes Valle, entonces representante de Promoci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antonio Riojas Mel\u00e9ndez, ex secretario de Turismo y Suplente del presidente del Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico Fideicomiso de Promoci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leonardo Mart\u00edn D\u00e1vila Salinas, presidente de la Federaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Charrer\u00eda A. C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorenzo Vargas Soltero, secretario de Tesorer\u00eda y Finanzas de la Federaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Charrer\u00eda A. C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flor Mora Pi\u00f1a, representante legal de la empresa denominada Productos e Insumos el Nayar S. R. L. de C.
