{"id":2069,"date":"2022-06-23T01:28:17","date_gmt":"2022-06-23T01:28:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/?p=2069"},"modified":"2022-06-23T01:28:19","modified_gmt":"2022-06-23T01:28:19","slug":"en-el-congreso-de-nayarit-buscan-aumentar-pena-por-maltrato-animal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/index.php\/2022\/06\/23\/en-el-congreso-de-nayarit-buscan-aumentar-pena-por-maltrato-animal\/","title":{"rendered":"En el Congreso de Nayarit, buscan aumentar pena por maltrato animal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el Congreso de Nayarit, buscan aumentar pena por maltrato animal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Revisar\u00e1n la propuesta que contempla sancionar con ocho a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n a quienes ejerzan violencia en contra de los animales<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tepic, 22 de junio de 2022.- La iniciativa que reforma a la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica local y el C\u00f3digo Penal, propuesta que analizar\u00e1n las y los integrantes de la Trig\u00e9sima Tercera Legislatura que preside la diputada Alba Cristal Espinoza Pe\u00f1a, tiene como prop\u00f3sito formar una sociedad m\u00e1s justa, proteger a los animales y sancionar con penas m\u00e1s severas a quienes ejerzan el maltrato animal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo al Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (INEGI), M\u00e9xico ocupa el tercer lugar en maltrato animal, ya que 7 de cada 10 perros sufren de maltrato; en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os la adopci\u00f3n animal ha crecido del 8 al 11 por ciento, raz\u00f3n por la que el Honorable Congreso se encuentra en v\u00edas de analizar la pertinencia de aumentar la pena a quienes ejerzan violencia en contra de los animales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la actualidad el C\u00f3digo Penal en su art\u00edculo 422 establece que el maltrato animal se sanciona con seis meses a cinco a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y multa de 60 a 300 d\u00edas de salario; la propuesta se\u00f1ala aumentar hasta ocho a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y una multa de 100 a 500 d\u00edas de salario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n a reformar la Constituci\u00f3n local, se propone adicionar el texto: \u201cy el trato digno hacia los animales\u201d en el p\u00e1rrafo sexto del art\u00edculo 7 del Cap\u00edtulo III de la norma fundamental del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa tambi\u00e9n busca fomentar y fortalecer el respeto a los animales al interior de las instituciones educativas, ya que cient\u00edficamente se tiene demostrado que la violencia que se ejerce sobre los animales tiene una relaci\u00f3n causal para determinar la violencia de los adultos con otros seres humanos, por lo que, al fomentar una \u00e9tica de respeto hacia los animales, se promueven valores en el ser humano adoptando nuevas medidas para lograr que los animales tengan la garant\u00eda del trato digno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez analizada la propuesta para proteger y dar trato digno a los animales, y si consideran las y los diputados dar su voto afirmativo para reformar la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica local y el C\u00f3digo Penal, Nayarit estar\u00e1 a la vanguardia en la protecci\u00f3n de quienes no tienen voz.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el Congreso de Nayarit, buscan aumentar pena por maltrato animal.
