{"id":17367,"date":"2023-07-18T19:37:21","date_gmt":"2023-07-19T01:37:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/?p=17367"},"modified":"2023-07-18T19:37:23","modified_gmt":"2023-07-19T01:37:23","slug":"desechan-amparo-de-trabajadores-del-instituto-martires-20-de-febrero-de-tepic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/index.php\/2023\/07\/18\/desechan-amparo-de-trabajadores-del-instituto-martires-20-de-febrero-de-tepic\/","title":{"rendered":"DESECHAN AMPARO DE TRABAJADORES DEL INSTITUTO MART\u00cdRES 20 DE FEBRERO DE TEPIC"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En los autos del juicio de amparo 2019\/2023 del Juzgado Segundo de Distrito en materia de Amparo Civil, Administrativo y de Trabajo y de Juicios Federales en el Estado de Nayarit, se dict\u00f3 un acuerdo con fecha 17 de julio de 2023 por medio del cual se desecha la demanda de amparo promovida por Karla Esther Gonz\u00e1lez Cedano, directora de la Escuela Secundaria \u201cInstituto M\u00e1rtires 20 de Febrero\u201d, as\u00ed <a><\/a>como por los trabajadores Tanny Roc\u00edo Hern\u00e1ndez Le\u00f3n, Alejandro G\u00f3mez Ortiz, Cuitl\u00e1huac Rodr\u00edguez Campos, Mario Ari\u00f1o Retolaza, Christian Paul de Le\u00f3n Trinidad, Mar\u00eda Cruz Vargas Liz\u00e1rraga, No\u00e9 Abraham Ortiz, Oswaldo Armando Tirado Mart\u00ednez, Helda Alicia Due\u00f1as del Toro, Laura Padilla Arvizu, Jos\u00e9 Manuel Valdez Casta\u00f1eda y Edgar Paul Tirado G\u00f3mez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 el juez de Distrito que los quejosos reclamaron a la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Nayarit, secretario de Administraci\u00f3n, secretaria general, secretario de Administraci\u00f3n y secretario general del Sindicato de Empleados y Trabajadores, todos de la citada universidad, la aplicaci\u00f3n del convenio de apoyo financiero de recursos p\u00fablicos federales y estatales Extraordinarios no regularizables de fecha veinte de diciembre de dos mil veintid\u00f3s, traducida en la eliminaci\u00f3n de sus prestaciones laborables, cambio de adscripci\u00f3n dentro de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Nayarit, suspensi\u00f3n de pago y baja de dicha universidad, as\u00ed como el oficio UAN\/SADMON\/1246\/2023, por el cual se les informa que tendr\u00e1n que dejar su empleo en la Secundaria M\u00e1rtires 20 de Febrero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, como los quejosos manifestaron bajo protesta de decir verdad ser empleados de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Nayarit, adscritos a la Secundaria M\u00e1rtires 20 de Febrero, se colige que los quejosos son empleados de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Nayarit, adscritos a la Secundaria M\u00e1rtires 20 de Febrero y, en todo caso, la relaci\u00f3n que tienen con la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Nayarit es de naturaleza laboral.
