ELECTORAL PROPONE FRENO A PROCESO DE FRENTE AMPLIO POR M\u00c9XICO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El proyecto de la magistrada del Tribunal Electoral, Janine Ot\u00e1lora, propone declarar la invalidez y suspensi\u00f3n de la convocatoria del Frente Amplio por M\u00e9xico, conformado por PAN, PRI y PRD, al considerar que existe un riesgo en la equidad a la contienda para las elecciones de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs necesario declarar la invalidez del procedimiento para la selecci\u00f3n de la persona responsable de la Construcci\u00f3n de un <a><\/a>Frente Amplio por M\u00e9xico en aras de salvaguardar los principios rectores en la materia, as\u00ed como los que deben regir en los procesos comiciales, tales como la legalidad y la equidad en la contienda\u201d, se\u00f1ala el proyecto obtenido por EL UNIVERSAL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por tanto, se propone ordenar a los partidos pol\u00edticos PRI, PAN y PRD, as\u00ed como a las personas aspirantes que actualmente est\u00e9n realizando actividades para obtener el apoyo de la militancia, simpatizantes y ciudadan\u00eda en general a que suspendan todos los eventos, actos, recorridos, difusi\u00f3n y propaganda en cualquiera de sus modalidades, asociados al proceso de selecci\u00f3n del Responsable para la Construcci\u00f3n del Frente Amplio por M\u00e9xico y cualquier proceso de similar naturaleza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El asunto, que se discutir\u00e1 este mi\u00e9rcoles en la sesi\u00f3n de la Sala Superior, advierte que las personas participantes han obtenido un beneficio de sobreexposici\u00f3n que \u201cde otra manera no podr\u00edan conseguir v\u00e1lidamente\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior, derivado de un juicio para la protecci\u00f3n de derechos pol\u00edtico-electorales interpuesta por el dirigente
