de la Ley de Derechos y Justicia Laboral en el Estado de Nayarit, el gobernador Miguel \u00c1ngel Navarro Quintero, mencion\u00f3 que se ha provocado una confusi\u00f3n perversa a los trabajadores por parte de l\u00edderes sindicales; con esta nueva ley se busca que cada estado cuente con un Instituto de Justicia Laboral para tener equilibrios y transparencia entre los derechos del trabajador y el ente de gobierno ante cualquier conflicto, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el mandatario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cQue recib\u00ed el 19 de septiembre, el saldo que ellos me entregaron, que no se asusten, ellos apoyaron los gobiernos que endeudaron, ellos aplaud\u00edan y pon\u00edan nombres a sus auditorios de ex gobernadores que les dieron no la base trabajadora ped\u00eda, lo que ped\u00edan ellos en las dirigencias y ahora se asustan, donde est\u00e1 el fondo de pensiones\u201d, dijo el mandatario estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gobernador refiri\u00f3 que esta ley no es retroactiva, \u201cojala se pudiera hacer para los que han malversado desde puestos y han cometido actos de corrupci\u00f3n, ojala pudi\u00e9ramos actuar\u201d, dijo el mandatario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Navarro Quintero critic\u00f3 la irresponsabilidad de pasados gobiernos, que al final del sexenio, se iban y entregaban cuantiosas prestaciones a los trabajadores dejando en crisis financiera al estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs muy bonito como los toreros, levantar las manos en las \u00faltimas sesiones de tu gobierno, decir les doy les doy les doy, es muy f\u00e1cil, pero muy irresponsable, es un momento que nos est\u00e1
