{"id":1659,"date":"2022-05-27T20:02:06","date_gmt":"2022-05-27T20:02:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/?p=1659"},"modified":"2022-06-15T05:04:55","modified_gmt":"2022-06-15T05:04:55","slug":"con-18-votos-a-favor-y-12-en-contra-aprueban-en-el-congreso-de-nayarit-la-ley-de-derechos-y-justicia-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/index.php\/2022\/05\/27\/con-18-votos-a-favor-y-12-en-contra-aprueban-en-el-congreso-de-nayarit-la-ley-de-derechos-y-justicia-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"Con 18 votos a favor y 12 en contra, aprueban en el Congreso de Nayarit la Ley de Derechos y Justicia Laboral"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tras una intensa jornada de an\u00e1lisis, discusiones, protestas de trabajadores y l\u00edderes sindicales, qued\u00f3 aprobada en lo particular la nueva ley laboral para estado de Nayarit, con la votaci\u00f3n mayoritaria del grupo parlamentario de Morena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los prop\u00f3sitos de la Ley de Derechos y Justicia Laboral para los Trabajadores al Servicio del Estado, es el de garantizar el pleno acceso a la procuraci\u00f3n e impartici\u00f3n de justicia laboral para las y los trabajadores, seg\u00fan el comunicado oficial del Congreso del estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los 370 art\u00edculos y ocho transitorios de esta nueva norma, se otorga el derecho de servicio de guarder\u00edas infantiles a mujeres que no est\u00e9n en periodo de lactancia; la indemnizaci\u00f3n por fallecimiento del trabajador, en el caso de que los padres hubieran dependido econ\u00f3micamente de \u00e9l, podr\u00e1n recibirlo a\u00fan sin haber vivido con el trabajador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se estipula que el trabajador tendr\u00e1 libertad para elegir al sindicato que quiera pertenecer, separarse o asociarse a uno nuevo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, en uno de los art\u00edculos se especifica que el recurso de las multas impuestas por la Unidad de Medios Alternos de Soluci\u00f3n de Conflictos o por las Salas Laborales ser\u00e1 destinado a un fondo especial del Instituto Laboral Burocr\u00e1tico para compra de mobiliario de oficinas y para capacitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva Ley de Derechos y Justicia Laboral para los Trabajadores al Servicio del Estado, regula los impedimentos y excusas cuando existan conflictos de inter\u00e9s con las autoridades laborales e instituye la figura de la recusaci\u00f3n.
