Tepic, 22 de mayo de 2022.- La presidenta del Poder Legislativo, Alba Cristal Espinoza Pe\u00f1a, se dijo satisfecha con el trabajo realizado por las y los integrantes de la 33 Legislatura, para aprobar el paquete de reformas para lograr un Gobierno Digital, \u201clogramos aprobar los ordenamientos, detr\u00e1s de esto hay mucho trabajo, productividad y ganas de demostrar de lo que est\u00e1 hecha la 33 legislatura\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el trabajo que realizan las y los legisladores para transformar al gobierno, en un gobierno digital es un logro que hay que dar a conocer, ya que \u201cdentro de las m\u00faltiples facetas que implican los derechos humanos, existe el derecho fundamental a estar actualizados y comunicados y gracias al internet lo estamos. Gracias a la voluntad de esta legislatura, nuestros hijos van a tener un gobierno digital, a la vanguardia y actualizado\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Gobierno Digital, transformar\u00e1 y generar\u00e1 cambios en la gesti\u00f3n gubernamental, ya que el uso de las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n, permitir\u00e1n planificar y administrar una nueva forma de gobierno y con ello la mejora de los servicios e informaci\u00f3n ofrecida a la ciudadan\u00eda y a diversos sectores, para simplificar y agilizar los tr\u00e1mites que realizan, adem\u00e1s de coadyuvar a transparentar la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabe mencionar que uno de los objetivos primordiales del Gobierno Digital es mejorar los procesos y los servicios existentes, adem\u00e1s establece que el Estado y los municipios promover\u00e1n pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas relativas al uso de las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con esto se busca que todos los tr\u00e1mites y servicios de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica tanto estatal como municipal se lleven a cabo a trav\u00e9s del uso de las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uno de los beneficios directos para la ciudadan\u00eda ser\u00e1 el ahorro de tiempo en los tr\u00e1mites, logrando que sean m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos, f\u00e1ciles y a distancia y con esto ahorrar\u00e1n tiempo y dinero, ya que se podr\u00e1n hacer desde la comodidad de sus casas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las nueva Ley representa la oportunidad para construir nuevas y mejores v\u00edas de comunicaci\u00f3n con las y los gobernados, enfocadas a atender sus necesidades reales y que les permita su participaci\u00f3n de una forma activa en los asuntos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
