{"id":10911,"date":"2023-03-29T03:56:37","date_gmt":"2023-03-29T03:56:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/?p=10911"},"modified":"2023-03-29T03:56:41","modified_gmt":"2023-03-29T03:56:41","slug":"le-quitan-tumor-cereberal-mientras-tocaba-su-instrumento-a-paciente-de-tepic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteros.mx\/index.php\/2023\/03\/29\/le-quitan-tumor-cereberal-mientras-tocaba-su-instrumento-a-paciente-de-tepic\/","title":{"rendered":"LE QUITAN TUMOR CEREBERAL MIENTRAS TOCABA SU INSTRUMENTO A PACIENTE DE TEPIC"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se realiz\u00f3 con \u00e9xito y por primera vez en Nayarit, una cirug\u00eda de resecci\u00f3n de tumor cerebral en paciente despierto, a manos de la neurocirujana Celia Teresa de Jes\u00fas \u00c1lvarez Gami\u00f1o, en el Hospital General del Issste \u201cAquiles Calles Ram\u00edrez\u201d La Cantera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al respecto, la especialista coment\u00f3 que tras el diagn\u00f3stico al paciente sobre un tumor cerebral \u201cdifuso\u201d, es decir, que no se reconocen sus l\u00edmites <a><\/a>al observarse de manera microsc\u00f3pica y tampoco se pod\u00eda definir si las c\u00e9lulas eran benignas o malignas, se decidi\u00f3 que la v\u00eda m\u00e1s acertada para practicar la resecci\u00f3n era hacerlo mientras el paciente permanec\u00eda despierto, de tal forma que pudieran monitorearse en tiempo real todas las funciones cerebrales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La primera parte de la cirug\u00eda consisti\u00f3 en realizar las incisiones correspondientes en la cabeza del paciente de 55 a\u00f1os de edad, lo que llev\u00f3 de 30 a 40 minutos, y posteriormente, una vez despierto, comenz\u00f3 el retiro del tumor mientras se hac\u00eda el mapeo de las funciones m\u00e1s complejas, como el lenguaje, la audici\u00f3n, el reconocimiento facial y de emociones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La neurocirujana Celia Teresa de Jes\u00fas \u00c1lvarez fue enf\u00e1tica al destacar que hacer esta intervenci\u00f3n con un paciente bajo anestesia, podr\u00eda provocar que al despertar, hubiera un retroceso en las funciones neurol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante las 4 horas en que dur\u00f3 aproximadamente esta cirug\u00eda, el paciente estuvo tocando la guitarra, toda vez que es un profesor de m\u00fasica; incluso, estuvo componiendo algunas estrofas de melod\u00edas nuevas, lo que permiti\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n seguir el \u00e1rea de la creatividad de manera cercana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La especialista del Issste Nayarit destac\u00f3 que la manipulaci\u00f3n del cerebro no es dolorosa, y que el paciente estar\u00e1 en aproximadamente 2 semanas reincorpor\u00e1ndose a su trabajo; reconoci\u00f3 la labor de m\u00e9dicos, residentes, personal de enfermer\u00eda quir\u00fargica y de psic\u00f3logos, que estuvieron al tanto de vigilar precisamente las \u00e1reas emocionales y de control cerebral del beneficiado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta cirug\u00eda de resecci\u00f3n de tumor cerebral en paciente despierto es la primera en realizarse en Nayarit, como se ha dicho anteriormente, no es todav\u00eda muy com\u00fan en M\u00e9xico, pero puede considerarse una excelente opci\u00f3n para mejorar la calidad de vida de los pacientes con este padecimiento, y sobre todo, permite que pierdan el miedo para una futura intervenci\u00f3n, de este tipo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se realiz\u00f3 con \u00e9xito y por primera vez en Nayarit, una cirug\u00eda de resecci\u00f3n de tumor cerebral en paciente despierto, a manos de la neurocirujana Celia Teresa de Jes\u00fas \u00c1lvarez Gami\u00f1o, en el Hospital General del Issste \u201cAquiles Calles Ram\u00edrez\u201d La Cantera.
